The experiment was carried out in the laboratory, with a completely randomized design with five aging periods (0, 24, 36, 48 and 72 hours) and five replications. Evaluations were carried out in four species (Cenchrus echinatus, Digitaria horizontalis, Amaranthus viridis and Ipomoea grandifolia). Seeds were aged at a constant temperature of 42±2°C. The electrical conductivity, germination and germination speed index were analyzed. The results were subjected to analysis of variance, regression analysis and correlation. There was an increase in electrical conductivity due to the accelerated aging time for D. horizontalis, A. viridis and I. grandifolia. A. viridis seeds showed a reduction in germination due to accelerated aging. I. grandifolia seeds show greater germination when subjected to accelerated aging.
}, number={4}, journal={Revista Brasileira de Engenharia de Biossistemas}, author={Wenneck, Gustavo Soares and Villa e Vila, Vinicius and Saath, Reni and Rezende, Roberto}, year={2021}, month={Dec.}, pages={660–671} }
